We excited to share our findings of: The Future of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Survey.
The report offers a nuanced understanding of respondents' perspectives on EDI (Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) efforts.
It also explores organisational practices, perceived benefits, and the interpretation of terms such as "wokeism" and its negative connotations.
The survey results underscore the importance of maintaining and increasing EDI efforts at corporate and societal levels.
Exclusion on the Frontline

The Muslim Doctors Association together with The Grey Survey conducted an in-depth survey to understand the experiences of Muslim healthcare workers in the NHS.
The findings of Excluded on the Frontline report confirm that more needs to be done to support colleagues facing multiple barriers and levels of discrimination.

The Grey Area Report 2019/2020
The Grey Area survey launched in 2019 during National Inclusion Week aims to capture the workplace experiences of Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic people working in the public & private sector.
The survey collected information based on a variet y of demographics i.e. ethnicity , age, gender, socioeconomic background, number of years in UK, Management Level, sector and language. These, along with other questions, sought opinions on various aspects impacting their progression and overall experience. We targetted two main groups:

1. Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic respondents
2. White respondents
